Privacy Policy

Health Plan Analyzer ("we") helps you compare health insurance plans. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Plan details you enter (uploaded PDFs and the household information in the form) are sent to our AI provider to generate your analysis and are not stored on our servers after the analysis is produced. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Basic usage analytics (page views, anonymized visitor IDs, clicks) are collected to improve the product.

How we use it

To generate your analysis, process your purchase, operate and improve the service, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (the AI model that generates your report). Your uploaded plan documents are used only to produce your analysis.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of any information associated with you by emailing joseph@rez0.com. Because we don't retain your plan documents, there is typically nothing to delete beyond your purchase record.
