By using Health Plan Analyzer ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service is

The service uses AI to analyze health insurance plan details you provide and produce a comparison and a recommendation. It is an informational tool, not insurance, medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always verify any decision against the actual plan documents and, where appropriate, a licensed broker or advisor.

Payment

Paid access is a one-time purchase ($39 unless otherwise stated) processed by Stripe and includes the number of analyses described at checkout. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email joseph@rez0.com and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent access controls or resell the service. We may suspend access for misuse.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI output may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
